Was just there and their were 3 customers inside and they locked the doors on 4 customers outside. We all all left. Guess they... don?t need the business. Never again. And to your reply. My feelings weren?t hurt. All your employees had to do was explain itto the customers waiting outside. Guess that?s above your business practices. ???? Read more
Bagels are good but we won't be back. Yesterday was the tipping point. There were a lot of people ordering bagels and waiting.... All customers calm, happy, chatting. No problem. An owner's dream. Instead this owner said and I quote " If you ordered, gooutside and wait. If you don't you ain't getting no food" Mind you, you order, pay, then get your order. Ummm..this is awkward...ON A SUNDAY-the owner shut the whole store down at 11:30 for a break til 12. He turned off the lights... and he and the staff walked away while there was a long line. He was commenting on on how people should have gotten up earlierif they wanted to order. We waited for 30 min and he wasn't going to to serve us. Luckily, one of the staff fulfilled ourorder, recognizing her boss is a meglomanic. After going here since 2008, we are done. Last time, he screamed at my husband forordering the last 6 of the everything bagels. I don't like to put a negative review, but after trying to talk to him, he didn'twant to hear my husband out. Owner, you good??? I think you may need some therapy. Burlington is trying to give you our moneyand you are just about to alienate all of us.
