This is my second time coming to this restaurant. My first experience was amazing, the service was great, the food was great, I... was completely satisfied. However, today I went there again and ordered takeout. I had waited 40 minutes just to find out theyhad my food sitting behind the counter the entire time. They seemed super short staffed and the customer service wasdisappointing. They messed up my order, instead of giving me egg whites, I was given egg beaters, and my side of fruit lookedlike it had been eaten into. The food was soggy and lukewarm. I waited over 20 minutes to buy a bakery item that was alreadymade. The bakery items were sub par, definitely not worth the money I paid. I stood in front of the cash register waiting to payfor my food, and the staff would see me and completely ignore me. It was so bad I could have left without even paying. I have had breakfast there twice and lunch. I love the feel it's always clean. The staff is lovely and patient, very courteous... , they definitely have great customer service skills. I love the food presentation always hot,taste great and staff veryknowledgeable about menu options. I especially love when ask their favorites they have an actual meal and can discuss it andmake you feel comfortable choosing.
