My boyfriend William got a 86 in tv from conns in Burlington nc was delivered 2 weeks ago. Guys bring it inside with the mount... both in their boxes and just take pictures of the items in their boxes, then leave. Did not plug the tv up to check if it workedor anything. William gets the tv out plugs it up and lines are all down the tv not working at all with no picture. He calledright away they say to call the warranty number. Called them they say they?ll call back, which they didn?t he had to call themthen they finally came out last Friday said wasn?t able to be repaired will have to have a new one sent. They will call back ina couple of days. Fast forward to today call back then they are gonna say it isn?t able to be replaced was a crack on it, no nono their was not even guy who came to look at it didn?t see a crack. We will bring the tv back ourselves and are done with thiscompany. Will never shop with them again worst service we have ever dealt with. Read more
