Customer service was good. Served in a box as oppose to being dropped inside a bag. Nice touch! The doughnuts looked great on... the shelf but weren't as fresh as I preferred. I guess the power went out over the weekend due to the hurricane. I went this morning to use my free coffee reward and ordered... an iced latte that tasted super weird. I didn?t finish it but maybe 10 minutes later I had horrible stomach cramps and the restis a little TMI. This has never happened before I go here all the time. I?m posting this review as a warning to anyone who plansto go this week that the stores creamers or other refrigerated items may have gone bad but they are still using it. Be careful! Read more
The staff here is very friendly. We got a couple of iced lattes and the coffee tasted burnt. The drinks here can be pretty... inconstant but its quick and convenient. Read more
My wife and I have gone to this Dunkin every morning for years. We always use mobile ordering and rarely have to worry about... wait times. Several times revel they have been short staffed with only two people working. This is nothing uncommon with therest of the world either. The experience at this location is what you make it. My boyfriend and I always come to this Dunkin? because of the service and quality of your products. Today 10/25 at 2:30PM we... went through the drive through and encountered a highly rude employee!! To begin with when we pulled up she halfway opened thewindow so we waited with our money out the window until she got done talking. Turned around and said ?oh sorry?, took our moneythen gave us our change. As she handed us our drink we asked which drink it was, she said ?I don?t know whatever it says onthere? which was highly rude! She then proceeded to go upfront and take orders and made us wait an extra 10 minutes to get ourother drink which was all we were waiting on. I then asked her for napkins because there was one in my bag for two people. Shehanded it to me and I asked for her name because she wasn?t wearing a name tag like the rest of the employees and she said ? mayI ask why?. We will not be coming through here again due to this rude employee we encountered today. Read more
