I ordered take out & they forgot to include 2 of the items I ordered. The food that was included was not good. Soggy bread, cold... fries, small portions. I should have just went to McDonald's cause this is nasty food. Pretty sad looking small sub, smallburger, undercooked fries. Read more

We ordered four combos, nothing difficult, and they forgot an order of tots. Of course we didn't realize until we got home so we... called to get a refund. They refused. I have to email the owner to request a refund. For an order of tots. I'm sorry, I'm nottrying to be a pain, but it's a tiny refund for their error. Truly didn't want fast food after having had fast food for lunch but to appease the hubby decided to let him have his way. Lol.... I ordered a grilled cheese and tater tots.
