8 am on a Saturday morning and the floor was trashed from the night before. Literal trash on the floor. Of the 3 coffee options,... only 1 was available. My toasted bagel was barely warm and not toasted at all yet somehow took 12 minutes to come out with only1 order in front of us. Maybe staff can answer how a customer is supposed to spread cream cheese without a knife. DirtiestPanera and worst experience I have ever had in a chain that continues to trend downwards. Do better. Stood in line for 15 minutes to order. Employee comes out and says that even though the shelves are full they have no more... bagels or pastries because of a huge order placed yesterday. What?? Plan ahead people, especially on a Sunday morning. They justlost a good customer. Read more
I love Panera! This location is generally well-stocked in the early part of the day. The food is always delicious! The only... portion that I struggle with is the speed of the Drive-Thru is very slow. I was able to order via the app and receive Curbsideservice before getting through the Drive-Thru. This Panera's customer service and order accuracy is lacking. On my last 3 orders, I was missing at least part of the order... including the actual salad on one of the orders. I have gotten to work or home and noticed and had to return for missing (paidfor) parts. Today, the bread bowl was missing. I tried to call 5 times with no answer. I understand companies are short staffedso sent my daughter back to get the bread bowl and to ask for a refund on the soup only. The manager refused to do both. I hadto call and get her on the phone, she also told me she could not do both. The higher up manager got on the phone and said theywere short staffed and busy and that she couldn't keep arguing and refunded my entire order. I wasn't arguing and the attitudethey both gave was entirely uncalled for. I feel like what I was asking was not much, to receive the rest of my order and forthat item to be refunded for the trouble. This took an hour to get lunch and by the time it was all done, all of the food wascold. I would not and will not use this Panera again. No one is perfect and mistakes happen, but the way you treat and speakto your customers you can control. Customer Service is so much better at several surrounding restaurants and they will get mybusiness. Read more

First of all, I like most of its food but I come on a weekly basis expecting the 2 issues I dislike change, and never it does.... One is the unpleasant smell in the women?s bathroom and the second one is the extremely dirty and disgusting hygiene of themicrowave. Any time I buy a chocolate croissant and I ask the cashier to have it warm she/he sends me to use that superdisgusting microwave!! So, I better not use it! It?s really disgusting!! (I know I?m using too much this word !!) Finally, Ineed to add that I tried for the first time their chicken avocado sandwich and those avocado slices were harder than a rock!!Please, don?t make hate avocado!!
