The staff is great and the bagels are massive! I had the bacon and egg on an everything bagel and my wife got the vegetable... cream cheese on an everything bagel - both were delicious! I read about this place on Blogto and I was fascinated about it. I wasn't sure why people rave about a Bagel place and people... mentioned long lineups sometimes. This got my curiosity. We went there for lunch not knowing what this place is about. The younglady asked me what I would like, I ordered Smoked Salmon. She asked me if I wanted cream cheese, I said is it free. She repliedpolitely there is an extra cost, I said ok. I asked her for her advice on which cream cheese goes well with it. She suggesteddill pickle cream cheese, I got all the veggies with it. When I picked it up, it weighed at least 3 lbs. We opened the box andit looked amazing. We took one bite and we were in heaven. It was a perfect balance with the dill pickle cream cheese and thesmoked salmon along with the veggies. The bagel was so fresh and soft. I could have eaten 2 more. Normally I don't like dillpickle but now I am a fan. This is my favorite Bagel place. I was about to leave and I saw one of the owners. I told her thefood is delicious. She asked me if it was my first time there. I said yes. I told her I came from Toronto to try her foodbecause of what I read. She said since it was my first time there, she had to give me some bagels to take home. I have neverreceived such amazing customer service from an owner. I was in shock, I had a big smile all day.
