Ordered food through Uber Eats, forgot the sauce, when we called they said there?s nothing they could do. I had to drive to the... store to pick it up. I think when you order delivery they should deliver the sauce? Or at least offer a credit? Poor customerservice IMO. Read more
Not the same as ordering from mandarin. Dishes are similar but not The same taste or quantity. Asked for sweet and sour sauce... after spending over $60 and wanted to charge $1 for a small container barley filled Half way. Also? since when does general Taochicken come with half the container filled with cabbage?? To the owners, I won?t spend another penny here, ppl are not stupid.Do better and get repeat customers, just not me. Read more
This was the Mandarins 'pivot' during Covid. Smaller, take out or dine in locations. Makes it easy to stop in for a lunch to go.... Normally I'd never go to the previous Mandarin (all-you-can-eat buffet), but with this smaller location near my office, I canpick up a quick meal. Hopefully it's a business model that works for them. Food is lesser quality, smaller sizes and the service takes SUPER long. My mother and I were the only people in the place and it... still took 20 minutes to get our food. I would not recommend this place over actual Mandarin, nor any other chinese place, butI guess it's good in a pinch if it's in your area. However- ORDER AHEAD. Or you'll be waiting forever. The inside is done upvery nicely but that's about all the positive I have to say about the place. Waste of money in my opinion. Read more
