This is the first time I've been to the Mandarin since Covid with my family and friends. In the many years I've been to the... Mandarin I have never been disappointed. As always, we had a fantastic time. The service was top notch. June was our server andshe went above and beyond in making sure we were well looked after during our meal. It is very difficult to witness suchexceptional service nowadays. The ambience was lovely - our room was well designed and very clean. Big thanks to Song and Janicefor also making our experience comfortable and enjoyable. The food (and the coffee!) were delicious. We enjoyed all the optionsthat were offered. I had a magical experience eating in this beautiful restaurant ????. All ???? was a magnifient, so tasty. We had reservations booked for 7 people. We let them know we had arrived and were told they would call us when our table was... ready. The waiting area was completely full and the lady calling out names for reservations seemed liked she didn?t know whatwas going on. After waiting half an hour passed our reservation and other large groups coming in after us and being seatedbefore us, my husband went up and asked what was going on and he was told that our table was already seated. He corrected herand told her we were still waiting And her reply was ?we already called you and you didn?t respond?. He told her we had 6adults listening for our name and not once did they call it. They managed to get us a table almost right after that. It took awhile before they came and got our drink order, and then they forgot to bring a drink out. Every time we?ve gone, water hasalways been brought out almost right away. This time it wasn?t brought out at all until we asked. The food quality has gonedown as well.
