I have to blame management and owner of franchise here. I've never seen such incompetence and lack of hospitality. We made a... quick visit on a family trip to Niagara. We stopped to use the rest room and do a 4 person order. Every order was assembledincorrectly and one burger was actually missing a 1 slice of the bun. How does one even do that? I'm not sure what was wrongthat day but the whole event was an utter failure. Read more

I tend to give businesses several chances before I write a negative review. My recent visit to this location is my third time in... a row where I ordered using the mobile app and gone through the drive thru pickup and they forgot something in my order. Thisforced me to go inside and ask for my missing items. Today they forgot two mcflurries. Not really something easily overlooked inmy opinion. The counter staff have been indifferent when I go in and show them my order and the missing items. I?m notdiscounting the work they do but it?s not rocket science. They aren?t solving complex problems. It simply requires them to readmy order and give me my order but they keep failing. My wife has several similar experiences with this location. Hopefully theyread their reviews and improve their service quality but we won?t be ordering from here again. Read more

McDonald's food isn't exactly cheap anymore, so I don't appreciate getting cold soggy fries that have been sitting there for 2... hours. Workers need to listen at the drive-through and get the orders correct. Never coming back to this location ever! Read more
