THIS MONTFORT?s IS THE BEST IN BURLINGTON! My wife and I ordered takeout and made the mistake of doing it through Uber eats. The... Uber driver only picked up half the order and said that it was my problem when I contacted him. I called the restaurant and theyconfirmed that the driver had dropped the ball and left before the order was completely ready. One of the employees went ABOVEAND BEYOND and drove the remaining part of our order on her own dime. I wish I had gotten her name but unfortunately I didn?t.We can only hope her boss sees this and figures out who it is and takes really good care of this employee as she is thebest. Both my wife will be sharing this restaurant with all of our friends and clients. More importantly we will be returncustomers for sure. Thanks again Montfort Appleby. Read more
Absolutely terrible service. I love the food but the man absolutely butchered my order and when I called him he hung up me... twice. All the food I got was wrong and they told me too bad he?s busy. That will be the last time I ever order from thisrestaurant again. Read more
Second time trying this place but was very disappointed. When you walk in, you would immediately realize that this place doesn?t... have the warmest customer service. Owner looked very serious and gave off a vibe where you almost feel like you are an intruderrather than a customer. Food was good but definitely overpriced compared to Zesty Pita or Pita Nutso for the quality. It isunderstandable given this is an established restaurant with higher costs so I didn?t care as much about the price. Beyond theunwelcoming customer service and the overpriced food, what was most frustrating was the packaging of the food. The cook wrapsthe pita in an aluminum foil then carelessly toss it to the counter. It was then placed in a paper bag and handed to me. Notonly 2 minutes later, oil started dripping through the foil and the bag, onto my pants and the leathered car seat. This wasunexpected and extremely inconvenient. I rarely leave bad reviews or reviews in general, but I think this incident deserves someattention because it was truly upsetting. Read more

extremely underwhelming. i?ve heard from so many friends how good this place was and i was so excited to try it! i ordered the... vegetarian special (i am very serious about my love of falafel) and i?m being completely honest, worst falafel i?ve ever had.tut?s and liberty shawarma in toronto will forever reign supreme for me (and these are bare minimum 4am fast food spots). thisfalafel was over cooked, bland and tasteless?i had to cover each bite in a mountain of hummus and eggplant salad to make ittaste good (those two were pretty good, not sure if hummus was house made though). the rice was awful?had no taste, over cooked,and had a weird buttery/oily consistency. none of my family members enjoyed their meals, will not be ordering again.
