Please do yourself a favor and do not order if your order comes from the Plains Rd. Burlington location. Twice this week a... mistake was made. The first time we let it go because we don't like to complain but this time, we ordered a panzerotti withpepperoni, feta and hot pepper and it also came with mushrooms (which I can't have) and bacon. We were by IKEA in Burlington decided to order pizza pizza because the night before that we were in st Cathrine by Costco the... guy made us good pizza but this pizza by IKEA poor customer service we asked them to make half just cheese pizza and the otherhalf just olives the guy was you have to pay extra for cheese my understanding the pizza comes with cheese we didn?t ask forextra cheese. Terrible customer service. The first pizza came with an issue. Secondly, the replacement that they said was submitted, was never... submitted. Now they only offer credit for the pizza (but this excludes the tax + delivery paid ???). So basically a uselesscredit to reorder my same order. What a joke. Will never order from here again.
