Several times, especially when using the drive thru, my order has been incorrect or they would not have items available when... they should have been. An order as simple as a chocolate chip muffin was given to me incorrectly. Even early in the morning,when breakfast is available, I have been told items were unavailable. There seems to be a lot of miscommunication and lack oftraining as well as insufficient monitoring of stock items for this to happen. Read more

4 staff stood talking at the drive through window at 9pm on a Sunday. They served one car and talked and talked. The front... counter staff member looked at me at the front counter numerous times but only stopped talking and came to serve me when aco-worker pointed to me and sent the one that was ignoring me over.
