Customer service is quite bad, this is why people prefer Starbucks over Tims. The quality is inconsistent, you never know... whether the drink/food you get every time is going to be good or bad, and service is rude. Never experienced such bad customerservice. Read more
I have been going to this Tim Hortons for quite some time now as I live around the corner. I routinely stop at 530am during the... weekdays and I have always had a great experience. The two lovely ladies that greet me (Jigna and Amina) always are verypleasant, personable, happy and make a great coffee. They know my order right when I pull up to the drive thru microphone and itmakes me feel welcomed and remembered which is always nice. If it weren't for these two ladies I probably would have goneelsewhere for my coffee as past experiences here were not always the greatest but they are a big reason for getting my businesstoday and in the future.
