Lox sandwiches were great, but the woman working the register was quite unpleasant with both customers and her staff. She seemed... flustered and frustrated the entire time we were in the store (maybe 30 mins?) and it really wasn?t busy. She was super rudewhen I asked for a coffee refill and ignored us when we tried to hand her cash, which we then left on the counter and walked outfeeling awkward. Ever since the online ordering they have always gotten the order right and on time. I go about once a week as a treat to myself... or if I am on my way out of Burlington. I recommend taking a look at the system and ordering since it it easy, has plenty ofoptions (what does a triple toast look like?), and easy to do from a phone, but I tend to just do it on my laptop.
