Had lunch here during a busy Saturday afternoon. Quality of the soup base (tomato and corn fish soup) was not very good. Bubble... waffle and milk tea quality was decent. Tip: Do not rely on the order number display if you ordered online. They might haveyour order already packed and ready. Read more

Feeling like something soupy? This is a new bubble waffle location inside the brentwood mall food court. Staff is friend and... organized. Menu is very extensive. I gave it one star, since you can't give it none, but this location is one that I'll never patronize again. Others that I've... been to in Burnaby, Coquitlam and Richmond have been far, far better. Its namesake, the bubble waffle was dry and skimpy, thebubbles flat instead of rounded. Guess they're cutting back on batter. That wasn't the only shortfall. The Hainanese chickenlaksa tasted as if the chicken was boiled in water and nothing else, whereas the laksa was so watered down, it may as well havebeen prepared in a pot of water with a pinch of laksa seasoning. Spend your money at the bbq meat or bao eatery instead, if youhave a hankering for good Asian food. Read more
