Was asked to provide private information when entering the store. When asked why, the greeter could not answer the question. I... provided the requested information, but wonder if the Cactus club understands their obligations regarding privacy? Food great,service sub standard. Server spent 15 minutes talking to another customer (this was a social discussion, not a order taking and"get to know your customer wants" type of banter. Missed the cutoff for happy hour. Asked if an extension would be grantedbecause we waited so long for the social discussion to end, the answer was "no". Complaint to the acting manager was handledwell. Read more
