This place has a nice ambience and the food was great. I ordered the cheese mazesoba and enjoyed it very much. It had a great... portion size and a nice creamy consistency plus having the extra scoop of rice to finish the sauce made it really satisfying.The staff was also friendly and even during lunch, they let you take your time and you never feel rushed. We came on Sunday afternoon and we didn?t need to wait for a table. The service was quick and attentive. I love the ramen and... would definitely come back for them. The only disappointment is the ice cream. We had it at the downtown location before and itwas a lot more creamier than this one. The one at downtown was made with Hokkaido milk. When we took our first bite of this oneat Brentwood, we knew it?s not Hokkaido milk so we asked the server. He admitted that it?s made with local milk. The Brentwoodice cream tastes different from the one at downtown location. Next time, we will ask if it?s made with Hokkaido milk before weorder. Read more
I heard a lot about this Mazesoba place from people around me, so me and my gf decided to check this place out cuz we was in the... neighborhood. My mind was blown away, wowwww. The food was delicious, beautiful decoration. The most important thing is theirservice was wonderful 10/10. The host greeted us friendly, we got seat quickly. Went on a weekday afternoon for lunch and the space was about 50% full. There was no wait to be seated and staff were patient... with ordering while we perused the menu. After our order was taken, the food arrived promptly and the presentation was great.The noodles were chewy and were not soggy at all. They provided rice as well and the meal was very filling. It is a littlepricier than some other Japanese noodle restaurants, but their dishes are of high quality. The space itself is a bit moreluxurious-feeling and the seating is relatively comfortable.
