Has to be of the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been too. Frequently has long wait times. Also since they?re a franchised location... they don?t work with the Starbucks app or allow you to collect stars. At least the food and drinks are the usual Starbucksquality . Read more
They did the trick by giving them a used syrup pump. I ordered a bottle of syrup and a pump. It was not packaged when I received... it, but I believed it. When I ordered all times from other Starbucks locations, I always got a new one in thepackaging. However, when I came home after buying it and grabbed it, that was sticky and the syrup was still in the pump.therewas also a sticker expressing taste. When I placed my order there was no wrapping when I saw her taking the pump out from thefloor side under the table, but I believed her and didn't check at there, because she put it in paper bag with syrup. If theydidn't have a new pump, they had to tell the customer. She didn't say anything to me, It was very dirty. It was a veryunpleasant experience. Read more
Staff was frazzled, drinks made wrong, my food forgotten, my coffee was literally cold, not even warm. Staff doesn't even... apologize or care for your experience. Pretty disappointing. Read more
