Standard Q really. The turkey was particularly good with a nice texture, others thought a little dry. Brisket was spot on but... nothing special, I did not try the regular cut just the moist. I would have given it a four star but what chapped me was thetwo rib end pieces given as part of the three meat plate. I didn't ask for burnt ends, and at 30 bucks a plate they should havethrough in a couple more actual ribs. Great sausage! The pork ribs and brisket were good as well. This place is very small and the seating is family style and... intimate. The kids of the other diners were practically in our laps! This could be annoying, but everyone was very nice when wewere there. The ordering process feels kind of like you are visiting someones home bbq, the sides and meat are all displayedsomewhat haphazardly. The beans don't count as one of your sides, but are included free. After I payed I heard one of the otherguests request corn on the cob, which I did not realize was an option. I got a 2 meat plate. Brisket and spicy sausage. The brisket was tender and flavorful. The sausage was amazing, like it was all... meat and no filler. I got coleslaw and green beans for sides and they had a pot of ranch beans. All the sides were good also.Definitely worth a wait, especially since you get to smell the meat and the oak they cook it over the whole time. Read more

Small, fast and delicious. Wow! 79 year old mom-in-law had Senior plate of brisket, beans and 2 sides. Love that she had a... choice between dry or moist brisket. We also had a brisket sandwich and a 2 meat plate with ribs (moist, good smoke) and mildsausage (very tasty). All get 5 stars. Glad we stopped off the track for this. Read more

Fast service and solid food. 3 meat plate had over 2 lbs of meat plus 2 sides plus beans. Ordered brisket sausage and turkey.... Also a small slab of pork steak on the side. Everything was pretty solid. Sausage had great flavor. Read more
