Stood there to order for about 7 mins then decided to walk off because no one approached me or glanced out to see if any... customers were waiting. I could hear someone in the back but they obviously felt like what they were doing back there was moreimportant than serving customers. Read more
It seems most subways are going downhill in service and quality and this one is no different. Not well organized or trained. ... And the quantity of meat and vegetables going on sandwiches seems to be less and less every time I go. All the while the pricekeeps going up. I understand that's becoming the normal most places but seems unfortunate the direction it's going. Profitabove taking care of your employees and customers is not a lasting business model. Read more
went there twice this past weekend. The female employee was great She did exactly what we asked of her and she made great... sandwiches. The next day on our way home we stopped again and I asked the male employee about allergens and he refused to tellme anything incase I got sick and it would fall back on him. he said his manager wouldn't like it if he told me about theallergens in the ingredients. I then had him make me a salad with lettuce tomato, green pepper and cucumber. I got charged $8FOR A SIDE SALAD!!!. I was so frustrated I told him to take the salad back. The young lady working the counter tonight was very polite, took my order, asked all the right questions, and made a perfect... sandwich. After coming off a 12 hour shift in the city, there is often nowhere around to eat. The small detour west aftertaking the exit to go home is well worth the trip. To some people, it's just a sandwich.
