I think our server was new because there were a lot of things that didn?t go according to plan. It took a while for our server... to take our food orders, and none of our food came out at the same time. In addition, my curry initially came out without therice and I had to ask for it. Neither my father or I ever received our miso soup. I understand our server was probably spread abit thin, but I saw tables from other servers receive their soups, so I believe it was a matter of training and beingunderstaffed. Decided to take the family out for hibachi tonight. We got asked if we knew our way or if we want someone to walk us there. Rude... because that is their job, but We decided it?s fine that we walk alone since we have been there a few times. We got served waterpretty quickly and waited about 20 minutes for someone to finally bring our drinks and take our order. Throughout our wholeexperience the only person I would give stars to would be ?jumanji ? the cook. He was wonderful. The waiters were not clearingthe tables or coming back to give refills or check up on how everything was. Horrible service. Management needs to look intothis because people will stop coming there if that?s the type of service they will be providing. I would have never paid themthe service charge of $50-$60 if it wasn?t already added since we had 6+ people. The waiters also took forever to bring us ourcheck ! We had small children which were getting antsy since we spent way too much time waiting. Hope they change because itssad to see that this is the type of people they hire to work there now. Great place. My go to for great Sushi. I get the Curry fried rice. Nice atmosphere. Staff is friendly. The is a hibachi in the... back but I've never done it. They get 4 stars only because they have messed up my order a couple of times but are REALLYaccommodating when they mess up. GREAT PLACE! Read more
