Went here with my wife and the Lobby was closed at 5:30 in the evening after work. Drive Thru was packed and we wanted to eat... inside. Other people were inside and they would not let us in and they were saying they are short staffed and was rude. Don'tknow if I'll go back. I've been a faithful customer also. Not a happy Customer. No matter if I go inside or through the drive thru it's like they go out of their way to mess my order up... I don't know why I... keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. Mangers at the backdoor smoking with their gloves on, employees running food in andout to their friends, and the customers are the ones who suffer.... This is a sad establishment! Read more
My 4 Nuggies weren't in the bag so I called the restaurant to inform them that my driver would be turning around. The individual... who answered the phone said they would upgrade my four nuggies to six. While at the drive-thru an allegation was made that thenuggies were in fact in the bag and that i was lying. I scoffed in disbelief they could think I such a petty liar.. forced todrive off without my nuggies, I sorrowfully returned to my humble abode to write this review and pray for the souls without anylife and clearly won't been raised right, who go out there way to hurt others for plain and simple enjoyment.. in Jesus'name.Amen.
