Way understaffed. Only 2 people working. During peak hours at least 2 running g register one on drive through and one for lobby!
I placed a delivery order with Little Caesars Atherton rd. Flint. I paided in advance on the app. The food was never delivered... to me. Little Caesars refused to hear my dispute and said that I'd have to take it up with their delivery service Door Dash.Door Dash never answers the phone on the # that Little Caesars said that I have to call. I've ordered from them several timesbefore. They will never get my business again. The manager was short with me, unapologetic and unconcerned. It is a ripoff. Read more
Ordered thru drive thru unable to return the pizza ???? that was wrong the manager on duty said that cannot be right he... personally cut the pizza I had no way to bring it back to store as I had to go to work I was put on hold so the manager couldtake my name as I thought they would give a credit another manager got on phone and said they don?t do that.
