Attitudes of the workers are horrible. They wouldn't accept coupons from the app. They under scoop the ice cream. Too bad there... aren't other locations. Read more
Terrible attitudes especially with the woman Indian manager. The bacon is never cooked properly and they serve it raw and... when you return it and ask them to cook it they look at you like you said something wrong. Also they dumped old ice cream intoa new container which the old ice cream had been thawed and look terrible yet they won't open a new one and wants you to eat theold instead. They wear the same gloves over and over again and never change them. Very unsanitary. So many problems in thisstore. Don't buy anything there unless you want to get sick. Read more
They never restock and are always sold out od donuts by afternoon. Call them before you go if you ever go.
Service is mediocre. The Dunkin Donuts here isn't that bad but the Baskin Robbins is terrible. Their waffle cones are stale and... horribly, HORRIBLY, made. The service as I said is mediocre, but can be quite bad at times. Never go here. You're better offgetting a canoli from Squisito a few doors down for desert. This is an abysmal store and the manager doesn't seem to do anythingabout it. When told all waffle cones were squishy and stale and poorly made, my cone wasn't replaced, nor were the other conesthrown out, it was merely dismissed as if it was nothing. Never go here. Seriously.
