Customer service is horrible. I believe they did something to my food. I ordered a number 9 and when I got to the window the... girl hands me a Doritos locos taco...I told her that I ordered a number 9 and she told me that I didn't. She left the window tocheck and came back with my order...and had the Mexican pizza flipped on the side so all the toppings fell off and it lookedlike she spit in the drink. I should have checked the reviews before I stopped there. Lesson learned. Just horrible. Read more

The Taco Bell experience was just that an experience. A experience that ended up so wrong in so many ways. Placed my order with... minor changes to the menu items i ordered. I made Two simple requests... make my meal all chicken and with no tomatoes (i amallergic). I waited, received the food and drove away to park to eat since it took 15-20 min in the drive thru (to get drivethru food). As Tacos were being dispersed among the car i find that, i in fact was charged for the chicken and given all beefand no tomatoes were indeed told to the young lady taken my order and tomatoes were in every item i ordered. Frustrated but morehungry i approach the window, food and receipt in hand and politely inform the cashier that my order contains incorrect requestsmodifications. She in turns stops and yells at me "thats your fault" and that she ordered it correctly. There was anothercustomer awaiting his food. He then mumbles "wow", while shaking his head. I apologize for any inconvenience i am causing thegentleman and inform the young lady "I just wanted the meal i payed for". I inform her that, i am allergic to tomatoes. Thecashier then gets louder and says they made it wrong. Now i am greeted by 3 Taco Bell employees and the fourth keeps coming bythe window to give me dirty looks. The manger then approaches and i explain to him the issues and he began to fix the situation.While speaking with the manger two of the young ladies there continues to talk about me and make less then polite gestures.After 7 minutes of deliberation I did not feel comfortable patronizing this establishment any longer. I asked for a refund. Therefund revealed that i in fact payed for the substitution and was over charged. The manger did refund my meal but at 1030 atnight my options were few so i had to drive to another taco bell location to get food. This place is a wreck, I waited almost 20 minutes after the order was placed 15 minutes before arrival. People kept getting... their orders taken even after the guy put this on the menu apparently thinking that would stop customers from coming to a placethat's supposed to close at 0100 Read more
