Every time we go to Chipotle,they tell us that we need the exact amount of money. How are you going to know what the bill is... going to be? Nobody in Butler County uses exact change, the coin shortage is over and Chipotle needs to realize that. The placeis dirty and the staff is really rude. We went in to the Butler location tonight to have dinner. We heard them tell a person in front of us that they were out of... tortilla shells, chips, the new steak, and guacamole. Rating the AVAILABLE food is 4 stars, but I just spent $18 on a meal and they were OUT of fajita veggies and the iced tea... dispenser was empty. The current "limited time" meat is Garlic Guadalajara Steak. How are you out of fajita veggies when you'reserving steak?! They are made for each other! Absolute manager failure! Next, this is a HEALTHY, fresh food restaurant. How areyou out of your HEALTHY ZERO CALORIE drink option? I wish I was exaggerating when I said they've gotten my order wrong at this location over 5 times. I drive to Cranberry just to... avoid this Chipotle now, I've given them more than enough times to redeem themselves.
