We placed an order and when the order arrived, it was not hot. I called the restaurant to let them know and the manager on duty... was going back and forth with me, telling me that my order was not hot due to it being a no contact order. I informed him thatwe have a ring doorbell that alerts us when someone comes to our door and it was immediately retrieved before the deliveryperson pulled off in the car. The pizza was fine. I did speak to the man who brought out my food to curbside three separate times and not once did he respond... or greet me. A simple ?hello? or ?here?s your food? would be better than being ignored. Especially since I had already left atip. Read more
