Just ordered now, burger is really good but your crew must learn good customer service, the small lady just rolled her eyes when... I ask for a cup lid, then she delivered the burger at the table with a face like I owed her a lot of money. Management shouldnot allow staff like her to ruin a good business. Watched all seasons of Wahlburgers and couldn't wait to finally go here. Sooooo disappointed ????. The only thing gourmet here... is the price. 2 burgers, 1 tot,1 fry, 2 drinks $47 bucks!!! Frys sucked and were subpar, tots tastes like the came frozen in abag and the burgers were way greasier than I would have ever expected. Glad I tried it, but the wife and I will never go back.In and out or even Wendy is half the price and tastes better than wahlburgers. Also sauce is nothing to write home about. Worst place ever. Waited a hr for our food went to check on it then Genevieve told us im sorry we lost your ticket please give... us 5 minutes for your order we waited 10 more minutes went back t to counter as they were closing for the night for her to tellus in sorry just 5 more minutes. I would still... encourage you to visit Whalburgers because the patties are absolutely incredible! Also, I recommend you try the tater tots thatare fried to perfection. Be warned, Wahlburgers is quite pricy and although I don?t think it?s worth the price it?s still tastyin my book. Whalburgers has impossible burger options and gluten free buns but surprisingly doesn?t provide wheat bun options.
