Went to Wendy's Monday and had the worst service ever. Was going to go through drive through but decided to place a mobile... order. Got to the resturant and the drive through was out of the parking lot. Went inside and waited close to 45 minutes torecieve a Dave's single combo and $4 for 4. Got my food and there was no lettuce or tomato on my Dave single. I knew they werestruggling so I prayed for them and ate what they gave me. Probably won't be back for awhile. Read more
I love Wendy's, I really do, but this one is soooooo slow. I am not sure why, but if there are more than 2 cars in the drive... thru I go somewhere else. I just don't have 15 minutes to wait on some nuggets and frosty. Read more
Tried to get breakfast. We were one of ONLY 3 cars in line. Spent 15mins waiting to get to window. The manager was called for... the car in front of us. When we finally got to the window, the manager was too busy bad mouthing the car in front of us to evengreet us. Then we spent several more minutes waiting at the window, still no one has acknowledged that we are there or apologyfor the wait , before we just left.
