Loved it! Having sushi and a BLT sandwich at one table was an experience. Both were excellent. When passing through Cache Creek... this is a place to stop. Read more
Been twice recently. 1st time the server went above and beyond for us and the food was great. 2nd time bad service and not great... food. We were served luke warm water for tea,(cold when adding milk), 1 piece of fish for a 2piece fish and chips and thewaitress refused to serve our child a side of fruit or veggies because they were too busy,( they had 1 large table and 3 smalltables). When she came to check on us she asked us how everything was but gave us no time to tell her because she followed thatwith apologizing for the wait because they were too busy with the big table, walking away before we could ask for anything. Thewait was actually not bad at all, it was the service that lacked that day. So literally a 50/50 chance of having a great mealhere at this point. Read more
I've been visiting this place few times every couple months and they have always been nice and welcoming. But this time when... we've been over I noticed they started serving all new Sushi menus. We decoded to give it a go and we were totally surprised ofthe quality of sushi!!! We would never expect such high quality sushi in such a remote place. Super happy for having found ahidden gem! Good food and a very nice small-town atmosphere. The owners are friendly and go to great lengths to attend to the needs of... their customers. I was stuck in town for 36 hrs and this restaurant was a highlight. The locals engaged in conversation andgood-hearted joking and helped to make Cache Creek a memorable point along my way. It was like being at home, but withouthaving to do the dishes! And no, I'm neither related nor an employee. Lance and his staff just literally made my day. Read more
