This was a horrible experience! After spending almost $90 we waited for 40 minutes for food. They brought out 1 of the 6 meals,... and finally brought our the others after another 10 minutes. They then informed us they had no ketchup or mustard, even thoughwe ordered burgers with ketchup and mustard. This should have been communicated when we ordered. Unfortunately, the kidsweren't interested in eating burgers and fries with no condiments, so it was a complete waste of time and money. The staff wasvery unprofessional. We will not be returning. Unfriendly & slow service (the kids running the place actually had the audacity to tell us to hurry up & eat & leave before they... were even closed). And this was after nothing I tried to order on the menu was available. The only non-fried option & onlyvegetable on the menu was not available on a Saturday evening. Meaning there wasn't even one halfway healthy choice. We werealso told they had a full bar when calling beforehand, only to be letdown with beer & wine options once there. Will never goback. Their service ruined the what would have been a pleasant dinner experience on the water. I only gave an extra star bc thefried batter I was forced to order was good. Very unfortunate tho. Read more
Even though they were out of fish....we ended up ordering the shrimp baskets. Y'all......they were absolutely wonderful! Even... though we had to wait 30 min for the food....the service was excellent. If you are in the area....stop in. You'll be happy withthat decision. Read more
Finally had a chance to stop in and eat. Sat outside on the floating dock and enjoyed a great lunch today. Our meal was served... 15 minutes after ordering. My SO got the shrimp basket and I got the fish basket. Everything was cooked to perfection. A 30 bucklunch made this a wonderful Sunday afternoon. The service was terrific. We will be back. Read more
