Worst customer service ever. And this isn't a one time thing. I go there several times a month. Today was the worst they mixed... up me and another customers sandwiches didn't say sorry or offer to look at them since they had gloves on. Us customers had tofind our own sandwich after they where wrapped. Then they charged me for both of the orders. Then when I said something aboutthem charging me for both orders they just sat there and looked at me like I was an alien. The other customer asked if they hada ATM so he went and took out $20 to pay me back for his sandwiches. I asked them if they where gonna stand there and look dumbor do anything. The one employee said that we already paid for it. So apparently they don't know how to do refunds or know whatthey are. I will never go to this subway ever again. I'll drive 20 min to the next closest subway. Once again they NEVERAPOLOGIZED OR ACTED LIKE THEY DID ANYTHING WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!! Read more
