I stopped by on a Friday afternoon with my kids not too long ago and had the warmest welcome. It was not too busy. I ordered a... pink drink, a mango dragon drink and a venti skinny vanilla latte iced. The person at the register greeted every customer thatcame in. Took them almost 30 minutes to make a ice coffee , people before and after me already left, this poor new guy working behind the... bar making all the drinks all by himself and 4 other girls in back just talking and laughing nobody?s helping him! I was in rush and stopped by to get my coffee, the lady who was making the orders was new and she changed my cup couple of time... to figure it out how to make it right and super slow , I got mad when she was talking to other lady and laughing. I asked thecashier to cancel my order and she told how rude i am. are you serious,, We need better service in this location. Read more
