We had the privilege of a wonderful farm tour given by the owner, followed by a cider tasting of many varieties with... extraordinary appetizers served. We stayed after for an outdoor dinner on the covered patio, that was from ingredients grown ontheir beautiful farm. The food was flavorful, fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and clearly enjoyed working at thisunique farm restaurant. The whole experience from Clay's passion in introducing his cider types to the wonderful meal and acharming atmosphere overlooking the treasure valley at sunset, made for a memorable evening. It was a joy the see the heart andcare the owners pour into their land, their food, their community and the unique dishes they create. We couldn't depart withoutbringing home fresh vegetables and a case of ciders from the farm store. We look forward to visiting again soon. This place isworth the peaceful drive out to it. Read more

We found this place in between wine tasting and we're so glad we did! The food was delicious, the service was great. We had the... sourdough bread and butter, I had the corn pot pie, and my husband had the meatball Flatbread. It was all amazing, there wereso many things on the menu I wanted to try, but the pot pie was a winner! We enjoyed this stop, it makes for a great lunch inbetween all the wineries Read more

A hidden gem. PB is an experience restaurant. Food is high quality and small enough portions that you get to enjoy cider,... bread, the main course, and dessert without being in gluttonous pain. Farm exterior with upscale but comfortable dining area.Be sure to order the 10 sampler cider, bread and butter, and ice cream. The main courses were unique and fresh. Don’t expectbasic burgers with fries, or those prices, and be open to something different. The zucchini bread and the honey bagel icecreams were unique and amazing. Nothing was rushed (so expect a longer dining experience) and the staff was super friendly. Webrought our toddler but next time I’d leave him at home. Only because it’s a perfect date night location. I wish we hadleft time to cut flowers after. We will certainly be back! Read more

Wow! Where do I start? This place is 5/5 stars all around. Their restaurant is out of control tasty! The menu changes daily... depending on what's available for harvest from their farm. Our group tried the bread and butter, the meatballs, thedeconstructed ratatouille and the homemade peaches and cream ice cream. Another standout was their summer cider cocktail (calledFiesty Summer). It had cider, cantaloupe, and jalapeño. Seriously divine! After we ate, we went out to their flower fields topick our own bouquet. For $12 we got a Mason jar filled with water and a pair of scissors. Finally, the farm store was great! They had fresh veggies, goodies from local artists, and small pints of their homemade ice cream. If you're visiting Boise, doNOT miss out on this beautiful experience! Read more

Cider is delicious. They are over selling their food and location. While we were Anatoly seated immediately, it took over 50 min... to get my flight and our food…not to mention the cost and what is on the menu is not what is served. Potatoes half cooked withtheir ‘chicken’ pot pie which consisted of over half the dish and a watermelon salad that consisted of cantelope (in season)and peppers of which were not on the menu (I am allergic to peppers). I appreciate farm to table, but keep it real, everyemployee (of which were kind and friendly) were stretched in their responsibilities enabling there abilities to up_sell oranswer questions about the cider and menu. I only hope it gets better because the intentions are in point! Read more
