I'm a Dunkin fan. I've visited this specific one several times already. Friendly and courteous staff. Buuut... 1. Need to add... more flavor to iced/frozen drinks; especially when the customer requests and pays for extra flavor. 2. Second time in two weeks that I was overcharged. Ordered only one item: an extra large coffee, and was charged for a donut as... well. The first time I chalked it up to a mistake, but when it happened a second time only 2 weeks later, I have a hard timebelieving this is accidental. Both times when I brought it to their attention after swiping my card and seeing the extra $1.50charge, cashier was rude and unapologetic and made it seem like I was at fault for holding up the line. Rather than give me backthe difference, she said I’ll give you a donut next time. I said no thank you, I don’t want a donut, I’d like the amount Iwas overcharged to be returned.
