Ordered Singapore Mei Fun and wrote VEGETARIAN in the instructions and received meat in my noodles. Asked the lady to replace... them and she told me I made a mistake because I didn?t write ?no meat?. I told her by definition, Vegetarian means no meat andher colleague also confirmed that she didn?t understand what Vegetarian meant. They told me they would send a new order and Iwaited patiently for 45 mins before calling to see where my order was and she said sorry the driver is busy. She didn?t seem tocare that they didn?t get the order right or that I was starving and waiting for a long time since getting the original order (2hrs earlier!). At the end of it she told me to cancel the order because the driver said ?he can?t make it because he?s toobusy?. This is the worst customer service I?ve had in a looong time. Fortunately, there are many Asian restaurants to choosefrom in my area. Won?t be going back again, especially after they refused to acknowledge any fault or make it right. Read more
Don't buy food in this place. They false advertise in the menu. I ordered beef with snow peas, the most expensive item in the... menu. They gave me beef with green beans instead. No refund was offered. They wanted me to take the dish fir them rake a look.They knew what the have done. Never again for me. I will notify rhe BBB as well.
