The place is beautiful. The food portion is really small. Don?t go there if you?re hungry. My meal was decent. The service was... horrible, waited forever for drinks, meal etc. Yes they has two events going on so staff is limited, but it?s not acceptable. Iwould not go again. However beautiful property. We went to the Consulate for my birthday lunch yesterday. Walter was our server and he was absolutely amazing. We ordered the... sangria and dip trio, both of which was delicious. Walter went above and beyond to make our experience excellent, we tried anItalian sangria which was wonderful. Walter even also made us a very tasty raspberry dessert. Came here with a large group for a special birthday occasion? unfortunately we waited an hour before we saw the waiter. On top... of that, we didn?t get asked for our orders until 1.5 hrs after sitting down- and did not receive our food until 1 hr afterthat!! The bread and butter they gave us was cold and stale, and the main courses were taste-less. Would not recommend thisrestaurant to anyone. Read more

We were seated on the patio overlooking the lake, and the views were spectacular. The waiter, Wally, was an absolute gentlemanand very attentive, and the food served was amazingly delectable!
