They give you the option to cook your own steak on a fire rock that is 500degrees at your table if you choose.. Or they will... cook it in the kitchen for you. The ribeye was pretty good, nothing over the top amazing, but a decent steak. There are 3 saucesthat come with the steak on the side of which the cherry bourbon steak sauce was my absolute favorite!
