It's a good sandwich shop. For what they do they are good at it. Don't like the service charge to use a card though.
First visit, staff tried to sell me on their most popular subs and then informed me they were out of some of the ingredients for... all of them. Bummer but passable. Got a number 9, was very bland. About 2 centimeters of meat and toppings to 3 inches of bread.Asked for it toasted, the pan they use had old charred meat and marinara sauce on it that looks like it had been there all day.Paid 10 bucks for an 8 inch sub bun, one slice of roast beef. Half a small tomato and a few onion slivers toasted on asanitation violation. Will not return. Read more
I will start off with the sandwiches are great. Process is sloppy and needs some improvements. Note for owner - don't try to... make sandwiches for 5 customers at a time. Not effective, you had ask each person 5 times what goes on them. The first personhas to wait the whole time for you to build everyone else's subs. Slow down and focus making the signature subs you say youmake. They are great but dial in the process. Year update - I am surprised they are still in business. They are still bad withtheir process, always confused about what sub they are build and try to check you out early creates confusing environment. Theyneed to go eat at other sub places and see why they are successful. Read more
Food was always great and all but today I bought a sub and I opened up the sub from the paper and I found this piece of hair... next to the sub. Very disappointed, was very hungry and didn?t eat the sub unfortunately. Won?t be coming back to J Dubbs Read more
