I have never, EVER received such AWFUL service like I did tonight, at this location (Caledonia). I have also never left a bad... review for anyone on Google ? but it was honestly SO disturbing I feel like I need to, unfortunately. A simple onion ring forfry swap, should have been easy (especially because I PAID MORE FOR THE ONION RINGS ? and wanted the cheaper fries). The managerargued with me about the simple switch. Then he didn?t even give them to me on the tray with the other food I ordered. When Iwent back to tell them I didn?t receive the fries, they acted like they didn?t believe me (which I offered for them to come lookat my tray at the table). When I finally got them, I went to put the A&W spice on them and the lid fell off and the whole bottleof spice fell onto the fries (making them inedible) ? forcing me to take them back to the counter and now ask for a replacement.From there, the woman (who I believe was also a manager) rolled her eyes at me before getting me the replacement. The managementat this location are exceptionally rude, unprofessional and clearly don?t value customer service!!! I will NEVER return to thislocation again, and encourage the franchise head to seriously review this location if they value their restaurants. Food is always good but the service is not good at all. Make sure you have an extra 20 minutes if you use the drive through.
The Caledonia restaurant took bad customer service to a new lever 1- we waited while the staff served 12 people in drive through... ahead of us 2- they never serve the breakfast past 11, always say there ?out of it? 3-put cheese on burger after I said nocheese, I gave back and they just took the cheese off original burger, I shower the staff I can clearly see the cheese outlineon the burger, she denied it and refused to make a fresh one. If I could give zero stars I would. A couple of months ago I ordered some apple pies. They were not in my order. No big deal I... called the store and they said I could pick them up next time. I haven't been back for a couple of months. Today I remembereddriving past the store so I went through the drive thru to grab them. I was treated so rudely. The man working told me that hecouldn't find my name in their book where they write down missed orders. He asked me if I had my receipt, which I didn't frommonths ago and was never told by the woman on the phone to keep it to show. He berated me at my car window and said he was onlygoing to give me one. I told him that it wasn't my fault that their system of tracking missing orders wasn't foolproof. A&W youhave lost an entire family of customers because of your disgusting customer service and an apple pie you refused me which I paidfor.
