I?m a Toronto kid born and raised and I?ve grown up eating Jamaican/Caribbean cuisine for many years. Hands down this is the... BEST ox-tail and rice I?ve had in YYC. Chef Sergio really puts love into his food and does not compromise on flavour. TheOx-tail gravy is so good you could drink it! I also appreciate the plantain and dumping included in the large meals.
