The staff employed here are horrible to customers . They should really think to rehire people who are better suited for customer... service and retail rather than angry old men who just yell and harass customers especially being rude directed to teenagers andwomen. Drive 3 mins to go to the other Circle K by Hanson Ranch as they have great customer service and deserve your money. Read more
Really rude individual named Jabbar. I purchased a medium Slurpee as well as a large. All the cups were the clear plastic kind... and majority of the cups were either small or XLarge. I was able to locate the Medium cup but I did not notice the Large sizedcup as it was the only size that was in the mthly collectable screen printed graphic heavy plastic cup. I went to the front andasked very politely where the large cups are and if I possibly had overlooked them. The employee who was stocking the cups namedJabbar responded "I can see them right here and I'm standing where you are" "how can you not see them, are you evenlooking?!!!!" I asked him politely Sir, are they on the top row of cups or are the large sized cups located in the middlevertical holders on the wall? He responded by raising his voice saying "what's wrong with you? I can see them standing rightHERE!!!" Thankfully another customer saw how I was being treated and she spoke up saying "oh the large size is this collectablecup and yes even I too was looking for them for a long time as it's quite inconspicuous as there is only one of this size in allof the various wall cup dispensers." I think that this type of Curt and overly abrasive response to customers is unnecessaryand very poor customer service. I would just avoid this particular Circle K and spend your money and patron other conveniencestores elsewhere. I've never had an issue with CircleK and have always had very kind employees aside from one store in WestEdmonton. This location however is always rude, talks down to customers and very offensively impolite. Read more
