The service was very bad, we waited for the food an hour and a half. We didn’t mind the waiting because I thought the meat and... everything going to be so fresh and hot but nope. The food was super cold and the salad wasn’t fresh.. They kept saying thefood was delayed because it’s really busy when they only had 5 tables 3 of them were just smoking Shisha! Read more
I just visited Diwan for the first time this evening it was beyond amazing!! Today they had a promotion wings 50% off so I... definitely had to be there today !! The shisha was made just right and the ventilation inside was better then most places inCalgary! I really enjoyed the service and my waitress Jayla was super nice, will 100% be back :) Read more
We ordered the chicken pizza which was uncooked and tasted really bad. They charged us $11 for fries when in the menu it said... only $4. When I asked her she said we didn’t specify the size so she brought full size without asking and included a tip inthe bill. Overall, the food and the service is really bad. They didn't even inform us when the kitchen was going to do the lastcall. Won’t recommend it. Read more
The beef plate hit the spot. Ventilation is awesome. Way better than most other shisha places. Good vibes and good servers... there. Super friendly and worked extremely well on game night. You can't beat the price for shisha there. It's good and cheap! Read more

Recently started going to this place and both times i’ve been there, it’s been amazing. The food is always fresh and comes... out just as quick as the sheesha, not to mention the sheeshas last about 2-3 hours. The waitresses are very kind and easy totalk to and are always making sure everything is good with my table often.
