We ordered from this location on Skip, and I added a note to keep the teriyaki sauces separate for each meal because half of my... family has Covid and we can?t share the sauces. They kept them separate and wrote a little note saying ?hope u feel better soon?on top of the food container. So thoughtful and sweet, it?s the little things that makes a business great! I usually have a 10 min window to step out for lunch n be back . Everytime I have been to this location , I was impressed with... the promptness. But fast doesnt mean cold or bland here ! Fresh food , fast service and it tasted great ! It will defnitely beone of my regular lunch spots going fwd . Read more
Rotten food. Disgusting vegetables. Should have returned my meal. My friend also had a rotten chicken bowl as well. This is the... second time I came here?first time the food was also rotten and broccoli tasted like it had sand in it! At least they arekeeping their food quality consistent? rotten. Ok before tonight, I actually like eating with my girl at this location a lot, as she loved the open view. But it really... disappointed us! We came after 7:40pm, I thought it was going to close as no any dinners were there. Then I?ve checked it opentill 10pm. So we rushed in and felt great to have something warm and yummy to eat in such a chilly night. Then the staff gave mea plastic bag along with our dishes, I had a bad feeling that she tried to imply us to leave, cuz I didn?t even say TO GO when Iordered. When my little one and I were enjoying the food, turns out my instinct was right. Another staff started to use chemicaldetergent to mop the floor. Omg, that bad smell was so strong that we had to leave right away! EDO, this is not the way youtreated your customers! Super rude! And there?s a small kid there, how can you send her away like this?
