I order here like once a week, a family meal for pick up, i always get extras & my hubby picks it up... I ordered through skip... the dishes today and my chicken was seriously over cooked. The fries were hard, the Gravy was cold. I tried to call to ask if wecould get another meal, and the man who answered told me off.. Said if I don't like the food don't order it .. I am never pickybut for real. It was terrible. I tried to explain that to him, but before I had the chance he cut me off.. yelling at me forcalling.. actually had the nerve to say "I made it fresh why are you calling?? Dont call me" And proceeded to get superaggressive .. saying "if you dont like it, dont order it" ....if you're the owner, you've lost our business.. if not I'd like tospeak to the respectful lady we always deal with.. she wouldn't have treated me like a trash, just unbelievable.. That older lady needs to go!!! She made me wait for another 20minutes.. first and last time I?ll ever go to this chicken joint.... Absolute disrespect to their customers. If I could give them zero star, I would. Very bad service. If you order something they don't have, they will tell you they don't... have it, they will you garbage like fried chicken skin. When you call them, they argueing with you. They're very deceiving.Don't go there unless you want to create terrible experience. Read more

I cannot understand why this Fritou has so low ratings. Yes they always take at least 5 mins when you go to pickup no matter how... far in advance you order, but I will do that any time, every time to get this Fritou ????. It?s the freshest fried chicken I getafter trying many different places and even comparing it to Korean Fried Chicken? this is my fave every single time. No gooberypieces like with KFC.
