Whoever called this place ?the best pho in the city? you must be joking me. I?ve never had a soup that had no taste the suds... needed more mayo and the shrimp rolls needed a lot of help and after paying 65 dollars for food that made me want to go toMcDonald?s of all place I would have better food there then here, if I hear anyone that gets mad at me for not tipping on a 65dollar tab we didn?t get any water after our first cup I had to drink my moms and dads water because he would come and see if weneeded anything only came to take our dishes.
