Best time to go when morning lady with glasses works. So down to earth person. Best smoothies too.
Terrible customer service. They provide me a trey for two drinks. The trey literally gives out after walking 25 feet. I save one... drink but the other is gone. I go back asking if they can remake the one out of courtesy since it wasn?t my fault. They said no.Terrible business acumen as I definitely won?t ordering from there again. Read more
Spotty service. They also just increase their prices? AGAIN. Smoothie and wrap? $17.85 plus they prompt you for a tip. Wrap... portions? also smaller. This is my last trip to Jugo Juice. Very terrible customer service. I am a regular customer and was happy with morning and evening staff until the old lady that I... guess is owner started working. I do not think she knows how to talk. few days back, There was old lady in front of me in lineasking for smoothies as she cant read on screen but the owner lady told her she do not have time to stand there and also treatedher very badly. This was not the only time I witnessed that. I observed that 2,3 times. very disrespectful behavior withcustomer by owner lady. Never going back there. ROTTEN FOOD - Ordered a chicken avocado grilled wrap. The avocado was rotten. Solid dark grey to black throughout the sandwich... that I only discovered after taking a bite. I took it back to the cashier. Told him it was rotten.and that he should check theother sandwiches. Didn't ask for anything in return. He said nothing.
