Ordered take out last Saturday, they said they need 30 mins to prepare which was normal, I got there 40 mins after I placed the... order and thought I can pay and go fairly quickly. It was not the case, I got there around 6:20, asked the employee about myorder, no one said anything about my order not been prepared yet. There were two people ahead of me who were not happy withtheir order being late. I was patient, my order was ready around 7:10pm. The thing annoys me the most was therestaurant/employee didn?t even apologize. Time is valuable, but apparently they don?t care about that. Horrible service. I Placed an order for Salmon and Tuna Sashimi. I Was notified the order was ready for pick up. Arrived at 3:35... to pick up order and was told to wait 2 more minutes as the order was not ready yet. With no other patrons at the restaurant Ithought that was reasonable. Then I was told to wait for my order outside the restaurant. I thought It was ok?When 25 minuteswent by without any communication from the restaurant staff I had to ask what was happening with my order. A guy ran to theback and started talking for so long with someone in the kitchen and after 15 more minutes he finally brought my order and saidthanks for waiting. Not even an apology for the unreasonable amount of time for 8 pieces of sashimi. Read more
Absolutely delicious food at a great price. Sashimi was fresh and had thick cuts and everything was fresh. The service was... really great and everyone was really kind. Food came out really quick! Definitely a great place for everyone!!! Read more
Ok I am vegetarian so you might find this review unhelpful, but this restaurant has the best veggie sushi options I've found in... the city. So much more than cucumber rolls! I highly recommend the futo roll. We order from here frequently and it's alwaysfresh and nicely prepared. I love you Kibo Sushi! Read more
