Ordered three drinks. Two out of three drinks were missing toppings. Despite asking for regular sugar, it tasted like 30% sugar.... I feel like the Centre street location has better quality. Kathleen is the absolute greatest! Not only are the drinks she makes delicious. Ive been to all 3 kois in calgary, and she is... the absolute best when it comes to customer service. She smiles, and shes kind, and genuinely brightens my day everytime I goin. All the Kois are decent. But this Koi is the best, and its all thanks to her. From what I can tell, she is legitimately theonly person who works there, and whoever owns it, owes her way more then they are giving her. If it wasnt for her, your business would be irrelevant as there is a vietnamese restaurant next door that also sells boba, but they arnt half asnice.\n\nTo the owner: I tried finding your website so I could extol her virtues but you didnt have one.
